How long it takes to receive my order?

It usually takes 1-3 working days for the orders to be dispatched. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Orders placed on public holidays and Fridays will go through the order preparation process the next working date.

Which shipping providers are you working with?

We cooperate with GAP AKIS EXPRESS, ACS Courier, KRONOS EXPRESS.

How much does the Shipping cost?

The cost for domestic shipping is €3.50 to ACS or GAP Akis Express pick-up point and €6.00 for delivery door to door.

Free Cyprus shipping to ACS or GAP Akis Express pick-up points for orders over €50 (does not apply during sales period)

Can i track my order?

After placing an order, you can review the status of your order or past order you have placed by simply logging in your account.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow its journey to you!

Can i receive my order from your shop?

Of course, with the click and collect service, you can pick up your E-SHOP Order from our store at Chalkanoros 45, DALI, 2540.

Can i return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days from receiving your order with the courier service that we are working with and you will need to pay to cost of the delivery.

How do i cancel an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. In this case we refund your money.

If you have purchased a product that you want to change the size or exchange it with another item, you can do so, but you will be responsible to pay the delivery costs. You need to return the product to us within 14 days after the delivery, complete, and in its original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept the product.

Can i get cash refund?

You have the right to return the product you purchase within 14 days if only the product was not used and you can refund. You will need to pay the delivery cost for your return item at the courier service. You will not receive refund for the courier charges of your return.

Can i use promotion codes?

If you have a promotional voucher, you can press the get promotional voucher link and enter the promotion code. Please note that Promotion codes do not apply to sale products. If you return an order where a promotion code has been used, the value of the code will not be refunded.

Promotion codes are only valid within a certain time. After that you can press the Place your order button
